Bribie Island Brewing Company is a Nano Brewing operation producing 200 litre small batch brews . These are available on Tap or to T/A from the Brewery Bar at the rear of 201 First Ave. We greatly appreciate the support, love the comments and will certainly strive to craft an ever changing range of Island brewed beers.
We avoided this for a while but WTF, even we're sympathetic to adults tearing up at our bar. So, we're pulling out all the malts here and brewing a "tropical hop tea" that's better known throughout this harsh brown land as XPA IBU 34 & ABV 4.9
Before you feel the need for the hair of the dog, you may well have been enjoying a mouthful of Hairy Clem. Assembled using four cracking German malts with minimal bittering and hopping. This is all about malt, mouthfeel and self medication. IBU 29 ABV 5.0
A slightly smoky number that was the favoured liquid lunch of the infamous, Bribie Cliff Divers. Brewed using five malts and some barley we found in the cupboard. Bittered with Fuggles and Willamette hops and Saaz-ed for aroma. An IBU of 26 & ABV 5.1
A classic & easy easy drinking stout that will have you in dark beer rapture. Roast barley, a little choc wheat and a Riverina base malt supported with both EKG and Challenger hops. IBU of 34 & ABV 4.2
This IPA will at some point make your tongue swell and you will become...a Dribbler. Our tip is just go with it, and enjoy the Mosaic and Cascade hops, and we'll let you know when it's time to Uber. An IBU of 40 says lively and an ABV 6.0
Together with the base, red/black malt, heritage rye and roast barley combine to produce a medium body beer. Hopped with EKG and Fuggles along with a brief Citra dry, this Irish red has an IBU of 23 & ABV 4.3
A Ginger Beer brewed on the premises with a generous helping of hand squeezed lemons, chili and of course, fresh cut ginger. Whilst delicious in a chilled glass, we didn't name it after Sid without good reason. Punch this down fast and you may just meet it's namesake ABV 6.8
A medium bittered American Pale Ale with an IBU of 36 provided by both Chinook & Cascade hops. With a low EBC of 15 the combination of Pale & Caramunich malts, this is a tasty blend that may well send you round the bend with an ABV of 5.8
Oral arousal bought about by combining Joe White & Weyermann malts with a large dose of Cascade hops for both bittering and aroma. The Cascade citrus notes are bought to the fore using multiple yeasts. ABV 5.0
As the name suggests, this could be worth booking an UBER for🤪 Compass pale, Caramalt & Raw wheat malts, hopped with EKG, Challenger and Fuggles help rattle this freight train with an ABV of 6.6
