We' cooked about 38 Kg's of Red X, plus a few kg's of Gladfield Toffee & Carapils malts to perfection before turkey basting them with a mix of EKG & Galaxy hops to ensure this is a smooth ale. A combo of M36 & M44 enhance the ensemble of fruit notes already present. IBU of 23 and an ABV of 4.5
As the name suggests, this is a heavy hitter. A tasty combo of Pale Compass, Caramalt & Raw Wheat malts hopped with EKG, Challenger & Fuggles rattle the freight train of a brew home. IBU of 46 ABV 6.6
One of these popping up in front of you may be awkward at times but the three German malts and Nelson Sauvin along with our Cascade hops, make this too easy to swallow. An IBU of 28 and ABV of 5.1
Light in body, gold in colour, slightly bitter yet still delivers excellent head, that's the tinder profile for our creepy German Pilsner, you be the judge. A trifecta of Magnum, Simcoe and Tettnang hops An IBU of 31 and ABV of 4.9
A delicious but not too sweet winter ale that really does say, kiss my ass. All the usual suspects here, Thomas Fawcett Pale Chocolate, Bairds Black & Caramalt etc. A hefty serving of EKG hops do their thing on this Porter with an IBU of 32 and ABV of 5.3
43Kg of Veloria Schooner Voyager malt tag teaming with a couple of NZ's finest ensure this ESB will find you on your knees fending off barnacles. Treacle, Fuggles and Challenger hops ensure you'll slip your restraints and enjoy a schooner or two. An IBU of 34 and an ABV of 5.9
Hops, hops and more hops. Galaxy, Citra & Mosaic by the kilo and if you can't train your monkey after a few of these, then it's probably time to stop waxing your coconuts. It's hazy to look at, juicy to swallow and comes with free antioxidants. IBU of 42 ABV of 6.6
A paddle your own Saison with a light copper tone bought on by Red/Black and Munich malts. Amarillo hops along with a few pinches of Hallertau Blanc should do the trick. It's your right to enjoy the pleasures of this chili infused brew whenever you feel the need. IBU 33 and an ABV of 6.0
An American wheat beer that’s moderately malty yet with an insistent wheat note. Bittered, hopped and dry hopped with Galaxy. This is a filtered pale beer with an EBC of just 7 an IBU 19 and ABV of 4.9
A few kilo's of local blackberry's were added to this delicious light choc stout. Whilst a must in winter, every day's a stout day in our books. This surely won't last so there's no time to waste, you'd better knock back a few and judge for yourself. An IBU of 34 and ABV of 4.5
A suave yet unsophisticated brew that'll see you leave stalactites hanging from the roof of any hen house🙄. Bohemian base malt and a big bag of corn along with a handful of roasted barley...simple stuff. Subdued Cascade hopping all the way IBU 32 & ABV of 5.3
About 50 kg of outstanding Veloria Voyager Riverina malt. Lightly bittered, handsomely hopped and dry hopped punched with Hort 4337. A brew we made for ourselves but happy to share...IBU 38 and an ABV 5.6
Or as we like to call it, a good old delicious get you in trouble Black N Tan with an IBU 48 and an ABV of 7.0
