Bribie Island Brewing Company is a Nano Brewing operation producing 200 litre small batch brews . These are available on Tap or to T/A from the Brewery Bar at the rear of 201 First Ave. We greatly appreciate the support, love the comments and will certainly strive to craft an ever changing range of Island brewed beers.
A Ginger Beer brewed on the premises with a generous helping of lemon, chili and of course, fresh ginger. Whilst delicious in a chilled glass, we don't name it after Sid without good reason. ABV....7.0
A mix of Veloria & Big O malts coupled with flaked barley and 11 secret herbs & spices provide a toasty mouthfeel. EKG & Perle hops provide earth notes and an IBU of 34....ABV 4.2
This aromatic farm ale may not be the pale Saison you're looking for. Dry and with an EBC of 23 closing your eyes, you may just feel the Squirrels grip🤪. But after a few of these refreshing Belgian ales, you'll be able to just...waffle“ on, guaranteed. IBU of 26.....ABV 5.6
A dark European Lager with an EBC of 46 although subdued bittering, IBU 27. Light chocolate malt notes are complimented by both spiced and floral hopping. Certainly worth getting a smacked bottom for. ABV 5.0
A West Coast IPA using Australian grown base malt. With a low IBU of 41 (For an IPA) and an EBC of 19, the hop combinations delivered late will be both big and bold. A few schooners of this and😂🤣. ABV 6.6
This is a Pale Ale that you’ll have no second thoughts about swiping right to. Hooking up with this beer, you'll enjoy an IBU of 35 provided by Northern Brewer hops (mint) and aroma by Cascade this may just be true beer love....for some.😳 ABV 6.0
A delightful little bitter that we crafted ourselves from Australian, NZ and German malts then added a couple of classic English hops....so, we'll all get to see what happens. An IBU of 34 an EBC of 16 and an ABV 4.2
A snappy little brew combining POR hops with Schooner Voyager malt to deliver a soft, clean deep honey yellow hot weather beer. Not quiet enough punch to be a pale ale, IBU 28 makes just a sand bucket ABV 5.3
We avoided this for a while but WTF, even we're sympathetic to adults breaking down at the bar. So, we're pulling out all the malts here and brewing a "tropical hop tea" better known as XPA or extra pale ale. ABV 5.0
Like they say, ask and you'll receive. Swill a couple of these APA's and you may feel a little rough and raspy. Our tip, keep your hands to yourself and enjoy the Amarillo and Cascade hops, An IBU of 40 says tasty and an EBC of 15 says just that. ABV 5.3
