Bribie Island Brewing is a Nano Brewing operation producing 200 litre small batch brews which are available on Tap or to T/A from the Brewery Bar at the rear of 201 First Ave. We greatly appreciate the support & strive to brew an ever changing range of Island brewed beers with character.
Our very own handmade version with fresh cut ginger, hand squeezed lemons, a little chili and a few secret ingredients to add a little extra bite. You'll certainly know you're drinking it. Quiet possibly the formula used to embalm Sid himself...😬 but we'll never really know for sure, it does however have an ABV of 6.8
A healthy mix of Vienna, Biscuit, Caramel malts deliver a lovely copper toned amber ale. Hopped with EKG, Northern Brewer and Saaz to provide a range of subtle yet predominantly spicy influences. Great with food or friends. An IBU of 36 and ABV of 5.0
Unlike the name that makes you feel like you've been promised the world but only given an atlas. This tasty Saison is on it's way in....not out🤣 American Pale, Munich, Vienna and White Wheat all in the pot with old mates Fuggle and Bobeck then dry hopped with Centennial to give a dry IBU of 30 and ABV 5.6
An Argentinian spin on an old English classic. Plenty of malt here with healthy servings of toasted caramel, nuts and wheat. Vigorously hopped with Amarillo, Magnum, Centennial and Cascade see this as a busy, bitter sweet IPA. It's big on the mouth and not for those that are orally squeamish . A healthy IBU of 48 and ABV 6.0
Line em up and knock em down. This Kolsch is a mix of Pilsen, Veloria and Wheat malts combined with Magnum, Tettnang, Fuggles and Ekuanot hops in very reserved amounts. Not a classic Kolsch by any stretch but this ones very drinkable🙄 IBU of 27 ABV 4.7
Definitely one of those classics you find on the B side brew here. Using a mix or smoked, chocolate and rye malts along with a good measure of flaked barley. Hopped with Taiheke for a sharp left turn, this is rich interesting one of brew. An IBU of 30 and ABV of 4.5
So you're looking for a weekend hobby, this may be it? An IPA made from Gladfield American, Red Black, Vienna and crystal malts hopped generously with Mosaic and Centennial. With an IBU of just 44 and ABV of 6.0
A Belgian number built on a base of NZ Pale, Munich and Red Black malts then lightly bittered with Nelson Sauvin and generously hopped with Mosaic prior to a slight Tequila infusion. This is a cracker of a beer with an IBU of just 30 and ABV of 5.0
This is a straight up rose amongst thorns. A standard 2 row with Red Black, Aurora and Carapils hopped with Amarillo and cascade. Both 34/70 and S-23 yeasts so all in all, simple stuff hence it's a perfect fit for some. An IBU of 21 and ABV of 5.3
A German all about the malt masterpiece with the added deft touch of Bribie Brewing. Low on hops and bold on malts this is a heavy hitter when it comes to mouthfeel. No sitting on the fence here, in or out? An IBU of 21 ABV of 6.2
