Bribie Island Brewing Company is a Nano Brewing operation producing 200 litre small batch brews . These are available on Tap or to T/A from the Brewery Bar at the rear of 201 First Ave. We greatly appreciate the support, love the comments and will certainly strive to craft an ever changing range of Island brewed beers.
A Ginger Beer brewed on the premises with a generous helping of hand squeezed lemons, chili and of course, fresh cut ginger. Whilst delicious in a chilled glass, we didn't name it after Sid without good reason. Punch this down fast and you may just meet it's namesake ABV 6.8
As the name suggests, this could be worth booking an UBER for🤪if you can. Pale Compass, Caramalt & Raw wheat malts, hopped with a couple of kilo's of EKG, Challenger and Fuggles help rattle this freight train of a brew with an IBU of 46 and an ABV of 6.6
An American wheat beer that’s moderately malty yet with an insistent wheat note. Bittered, hopped and dry hopped with Galaxy. This is a filtered pale beer with an EBC of just 7 an IBU 19 and ABV of 4.9
A somewhat twisted classic, British golden ale assembled with both German and local malts followed by small doses of NZ 4337 hops which deliver intense tropical notes. So, we'll see IBU of 34 and ABV of 4.6
Some local blackberry's, a delicious light choc stout and temps below 20 say's, winter is here. Luckily, winter won't last so there's no time to waste, you'd better knock back a few. An Irish stout with a BIBC twist. An IBU of 34 and ABV of 4.5
43Kg of Veloria Schooner Voyager malt tag teaming with a couple of NZ's finest ensure this ESB will find you on your knees fending off barnacles. Treacle, Fuggles and Challenger hops ensure you'll slip your restraints and enjoy a schooner or two. An IBU of 34 and an ABV of 5.9
One of these popping up in front of you may be awkward at times but the three German malts and Nelson Sauvin and Cascade hops, make this too easy to swallow. An IBU of 28 and ABV of 5.4
A delicious sweet winter ale that really does say, kiss my ass. All the usual suspects here, Thomas Fawcett Pale Chocolate, Bairds Black & Caramalt etc. A hefty serf of EKG hops do their thing on this 74 EBC Porter with an IBU of 32 and ABV of 5.1
Hops, hops and more hops. Galaxy, Citra & Mosaic by the kilo and if you can't train your monkey after a few of these, then it's probably time to stop waxing your coconuts. It's hazy to look at, juicy to swallow and comes with free antioxidants. IBU of 42 ABV of 6.6
Light in body, gold in colour, slightly bitter yet still delivers excellent head, that's the tinder profile for our German Pilsner, you be the judge. A trifecta of Magnum, Simcoe and Tettnang hops An IBU of 31 and ABV of 4.9
A more sombre Saison with a light copper tone bought on by Red/Black and Munich malts. Amarillo hops along with 43 pinches of Hallertau Blanc should do the trick. First a scratch, then a rub and whoa🧠the size of Nebraska. IBU 33 and an ABV of 5.6
Sweet and lethal, this gathering of malts is bound to make you feel like you need a good scratch under the chin. Hopped with Saaz but really, we're talking malts here. This will please all dog lovers with an IBU of just 23 but an ABV of 7.0
