Bribie Island Brewing Company is a Nano Brewing operation producing 200 litre small batch brews . An American wheat beer that’s moderately malty yet with an insistent wheat note. Bittered, hopped and dry hopped with Galaxy. This is a filtered pale beer with an EBC of just 7 an IBU 19 and ABV 4.9 IBU of 23 and an ABV 4.5
A suave yet unsophisticated brew that'll see you leave stalactites hanging from the roof of any hen house🙄. Bohemian base malt and a big bag of corn along with a handful of roasted barley...simple stuff. Subdued Cascade hopping all the way IBU 52 & ABV of 5.3
A 100% handmade Ginger Beer that comes with a bite. This spicy number has plenty of fresh lemons mixed with fresh cut ginger and a little chilli. Possibly the same formula used to embalm Sid? ABV 6.8
Light in body, gold in colour, slightly bitter yet still delivers excellent head, that's the tinder profile for our creepy German Pilsner, you be the judge. A trifecta of Magnum, Simcoe and Tettnang hops An IBU of 31 and ABV 4.9
Veloria Voyager Schooner running with a couple of NZ finest malts are fused here. Fuggles, Challenger & a couple of kilos of treacle give this Extra Strong Bitter a taste you’ll find hard to have just one of. Enjoy it, as it won’t last. A lively IBU of 34 and ABV 5.9
A paddle your own Saison with a light copper tone bought on by Red/Black and Munich malts. Amarillo hops along with a few pinches of Hallertau Blanc should do the trick. It's your right to enjoy the pleasures of this chili infused brew whenever you feel the need. IBU 33 and an ABV 6.0
We cooked about 38 Kg's of Red X, plus a few kg's of Gladfield Toffee & Carapils malts to perfection before turkey basting them with a mix of EKG & Galaxy hops to ensure this is a smooth ale. A combo of M36 & M44 enhance the ensemble of fruit notes already present.
Or as we like to call it, a good old delicious get you in trouble Black N Tan with an IBU 48 and an ABV of 6.6
About 50 kg of outstanding Veloria Voyager Riverina malt. Lightly bittered, handsomely hopped and dry hopped punched with Hort 4337. A brew we made for ourselves but happy to share...IBU 38 and an ABV 5.6
A local brew, brewed locally with an IBU 30 and an ABV of 4.7
A brew for the romantics featuring a soiree of hops that deliver a non to subtle blow to your palate after which you'll be armed and.....somewhat dangerous. A combo of US and UK malts will ensure you just keep firing. IBU of 50 ABV 5.5
